Something that saddens me is the fact that it’s 2017 and there are still women out there who believe they’re not capable of having vaginal or internal orgasms. Like in the g-spot.

And the fact that there are people (especially men) who think that the g-spot is a myth. Like it’s some made up spot of supposed pleasure.

That’s not true and I’ll tell you why in this week’s video. You might be surprised by what your g-spot actually is and why it sometimes doesn’t feel so pleasurable when you stimulate it.

Ever had that sensation like you have to pee really bad after stroking your g-spot? Yeah, me too and that’s a sign that you’re touching it too soon.

That sensation to pee is what locks a woman up. It creates tension and then makes the g-spot close down.

The fear of letting go. Of coming. Of flowing.

Mindset is a huge factor in the orgasm experience so if you think you’re not capable of having a g-spot (or cervical, or whole body or whatever) orgasm, then you’ll end up blocking yourself from letting go.

Or if you’re afraid of what will happen if you have an orgasm, especially in your g-spot.

Will I pee?

What will come out?

What will it feel like?

What will my partner think?

What if it’s too much?

You’ll also limit your orgasmic potential or cut it off completely.

The g-spot is a tender place for women. I consider it like another psyche where we store old repressed memories, trauma, shame, even limiting beliefs around our sexuality like…

“Sex is bad and dirty.”

“It’s not safe to be sexual.”

“I’m a slut.”

“It’s not safe to let go, lose control and get lost in the unknown of my orgasm.”

The g-spot is also incredibly sacred. It’s often called the Goddess Spot and “Sacred Spot” in Tantric terms and can be the gatekeeper to releasing the sacred nectar of the Gods, Amrita – or female ejaculation.

(I’ll be covering female ejaculation, Amrita and vaginal lubrication fluids during the arousal or orgasm phases in another video very soon!)

So from now on, why don’t you and I both change our mindset around the g-spot for good. Why don’t we start viewing it as our sacred spot. Our goddess spot. The spot that connects us to a flow of sexual energy, creativity and abundance.

The spot that connects us to our erotic, orgasmic divinity. The goddess within. The power and pleasure within.

Let’s take a deep dive into your pussy today to the land of your Sacred Spot and unlock and activate the true erotic and orgasmic power of your G-Spot.
