I’m back from my vacation in Salem, MA and I had the best time ever! Several months ago I was going through a bit of a sex rut and it was affecting not only the sexual relationship with myself, but the sexual relationship with my partner.
I was getting too caught up in my head worrying about whether my boyfriend, Andy, and I were having enough sex or whether the passion, love and desire were going to fizzle out.
I was also noticing the same theme in my self pleasure routine…feeling like I wasn’t self pleasuring “enough” or judging the times where self pleasure was a little less about passion, pleasure and turn on and more about connecting, opening or healing.
