I didn’t start seeing results actually materialize in my life until I began a regular ritual sex magic practice.
The money wasn’t coming in nor were the clients, travel, adventures, creativity and deep love I’d been craving to manifest for years…until I said yes to getting off on what I wanted instead of trying to use more airy tactics.

1. Sex magic uses the energy of LIFE creation
Let me ask you something…were you created the moment when your parents thought to themselves that they’d like to have a baby? Or were you created when they took it a step further and merged their holy flesh and sexual energy together?
That’s right. You didn’t just appear in front of them after they thought about it. They had to come together in sexual union (strange thought, huh?) in order to make you manifest as a baby in the real world.
The same thing goes for creating everything else in life. You have to stop getting caught up in your head and the clouds and get down and dirty, raw in the richness of your sexual energy.
2. Sex magic is a way more pleasurable path
As humans, we’re wired to move away from pain and towards pleasure. We’ll do anything to get away from pain, even sit in numbness. I don’t know about you, but when I was using other manifestation techniques before I unearthed sex magic I wasn’t having much fun. I felt numb, dry, unfulfilled and frustrated.
Why wasn’t anything happening? Because I wasn’t enjoying the process. If you get off on using mantras, visualization and other techniques, that’s amazing! 3. Sex magic requires ALL of you to show up
I like to think of sex magic as a form HOLISTIC manifestation. As in, manifesting from your whole being. Not just a part of you. And by whole being that means the deep, dark, murky parts of you. That’s right – your shadow self.
I struggled with sex magic at first because I wanted to pretend that it didn’t include everything from the lower chakras or my inner darkness. But sex magic allowed me to finally accept, embody and come into full energetic alignment with my WHOLE self, especially the parts I consider bad, dirty, wrong, shameful or unacceptable. The parts that are constantly searching for love, fulfillment, belonging and acceptance.
If you commit to sex magic, you will begin to heal and come into full alignment with every single aspect and side of you. Wouldn’t it be better to manifest with ALL of who you are, rather than just 5-10%?
4. Sex magic is the ultimate form of inner Alchemy
To practice sex magic it requires that you cultivate an Orgasmic Heart (something I’m teaching in Solo Sex Magic), which means that you aren’t just manifesting from your upper chakras (airy, mental, unfocused) or just from your lower chakras (dense, aggressive, manipulative), but rather from a glowing, opened, loving, orgasmic heart space.
The heart is the meeting space between the upper and lower chakras. It allows you to integrate and come into full energetic alignment with your desire.
Think about the process of Alchemy. How Alchemists would transmute or alchemize a very basic metal – lead – into gold, a more “valuable” metal. It’s not to say that lead isn’t good, but we’re taking energy that may not be able to do much if it’s just stuck in our genitals and turning it into a valuable, usable energy that can help us get what we want!
Sex magic is the #1 process for doing this, hands down.
5. You don’t need to worry about whether you’re doing it “right” or not
I personally don’t think there is any right or wrong way to practice sex magic. Even when I was struggling with it, that was simply part of the process. I was learning. Growing into my power. Healing the trust within myself.
That doesn’t all happen the first time you do sex magic. Or much of anything for that matter. I love playing with sex magic. I love doing different witchy, magical things and applying sexual energy to it.
I also love doing things “wrong” and seeing where I end up. It’s all a learning process. The way I see it is that the manifestation that happens fulfills one of two things:
1.) It either manifests exactly like how you wanted (or even better!) and you get what you want
2.) It manifests in a way that you don’t want (perhaps even the opposite) and you get to learn the craft deeper. You get to learn what you don’t want and what you do want.
So essentially you’re either getting what you want or learning what you do want so you can focus on it next time.
6. Sex magic takes you out of the mundane brain and into your magical brain
Life becomes magical and turned on when you use ritual and sex magic. Why? Because you have a dedicated practice that draws that magical, sexual part of you out.
It requires that you embrace all sides of the erotic within you and that is magical. It invites you to create sacredness in the mundane and start working with the right brain – the creative side where magic and creativity happens!
When you take a moment to create a ritual for yourself, you’re essentially shifting out of your logical, thinking brain (where mundane patterns rule) and you’re moving into the right brain, the creative, magical brain AND in doing so, you’re creating a pattern interrupt.
7. It’s a two-fold & two-for-one process
Sex magic is a “kill two birds with one stone” kind of thing. You get to manifest AND have an orgasmic experience at the same time.
There’s a million other things that can be added to the mix. I’ve had major healing happen during sex magic. I’ve felt something shift that I’d been struggling with since childhood. I’ve reached new orgasmic heights and depths. Opened deeper to love. Felt more self trust, power, confidence and sensuality.
I haven’t found any other approach that allows me to manifest and experience ALL of that and MORE at the same time. Then again, I’m not really searching for anything else because sex magic is so fulfilling, powerful and yummy!
8. It trains you for more sexual energy & amplifies your manifestation
When you do sex magic, especially the way I teach it in Solo Sex Magic, you are building more sexual energy in your body and… more energy = more amplified results
The more energy you put it, the more you get out. The more you do sex magic (even in its every day aka “Subtle Sex Magic” form as I’ll be teaching it), the more you build sexual energy, and therefore, the more energy you have to put into your manifestations.
The more energy that goes into supporting your united will and intention, the easier it can manifest and the more aligned the results will be with what you really want!

When you practice sex magic you start to notice something amazing happening: you start to feel more powerful. Can that be really scary? Hell yeah, but can it also be super wonderful? YES!
Building more power shows up first in how you unite your will, come into full energetic alignment (through sexual shadow work and other practices) and build sexual energy in your body.
Then, building more power shows up as building more trust in yourself. More confidence, ease, pleasure, self esteem, intuition, love. More embodiment of your true erotic power as a creatress.
Sex magic is such a power-building practice because for most women we give our power away sexually. We shut down. We hide, repress, deny and cover it up. We play the “good girl” part. We silence ourselves, remain quiet during sex.
