Learning how to access, awaken and move sexual energy is a HUGE element in my work with women, whether it’s in private coaching with my beautiful clients, in my videos and podcast episodes or through my online jade egg course, Jade Awakening.
It’s also something that personally changed my whole life, allowing me to go from sexually unfulfilled, in a twisted relationship with my orgasm (as in I was basically ‘masturbating’ in hiding from age 2 up until a few years ago) and starved of pleasure to being sexually fulfilled, highly orgasmic and overflowing with pleasure.
Awakening my sexual energy–my beautiful Shakti–allowed me to drop the idea of masturbation (it means to defile with one’s hand…what the actual fuck?!) and replace my shame, pain and hidden sexuality with a conscious choice of self-pleasure.
I could go on and on about how my sexual energy has given me true sexual freedom, unending sensual and erotic pleasure and helped me heal on so many levels while deepening intimacy with my yoni (vulva and vagina). Sexual energy has also helped me deepen intimacy, connection, love and sex with my lover.
The moment I made a choice to embrace my sensuality and erotic nature by accessing the wellspring of abundant primal energy within me and moving it through my whole body, everything shifted for me.
Life became more vibrant.
My senses amplified.
Pleasure became my prayer.
I stepped into and embodied WHO I am and it continues to deepen and expand every single day that I choose to keep working with it. I’m so passionate about women accessing their sexual energy not just for the blissful orgasms that feel like ecstasy (YES! They are soooo worth it!), but to also heal themselves and come into alignment with the sacred, sexual goddess that resides within every single woman. Yes, your erotic divinity.
